Boa tarde CENTRAL, Segue link de um tema legal pra vocês comentarem. Atitude nobre de Portugal, por inibir jogos de azar e assim indiretamente inibir microtransações, Atitude nobre da Rockstar Games por respeitar a politica do país quanto a jogos de azar. No mais espero que tudo se resolva e que os jogadores logo possam aproveitar essa DLC, dentro da lei. rsrs
Favor for the GTA Reddit of the day. Kudos to - www.wizardslots.com and various Redditors for input. I have removed those fields that are just for 'Land Based' as they should allow online gambling alright. Some have very odd laws and will need tested.

Notable edits - Originally the USA was added to this, it is illegal to gamble in Hawaii and Utah for example but the casino seems to function as normal there. There are a few countries as well that have gambling laws but again GTA's seems to duck underneath these. I'm not an enforcer of the law, nor am I a solicitor but common sense would lead me to say if GTA is allowing you to do it then you shouldn't have to worry about anything. If you cannot access the Casino games, VPN's are a known work around but this could net you in trouble. I won't be assisting players on where to find those (various comments have so far) but be warned it is to be used at your own discretion.
Can someone help me understand why I can’t claim Overlord II in Portugal
I moved permanently from UK to Portugal in April and although I no longer have access to the awesome Microsoft Rewards and probably never will and can’t spin that FREE wheel in GTA Online Casino anymore I didn’t have any problems claiming Gold games. Claimed Toybox Turbos and SWOS no problem. But Overlord II won’t work no matter what I do. Changed my account location to Portugal, changed Xbox One location to Portugal and nothing works. Tried on my Xbox 360 and through Microsoft website. Just tells me purchase cannot be completed at this time. I recently bought some games too so not a problem with card details. I thought it might not be available in my region but it is there when I check the store in Portugal available in Euros and advertised as Games with Gold too. Thanks for any advice in advance.
When I have entered in Gta Online to try the new update, I could buy the chips but I could not play any other game inside it, at the beggining I thought that I had to do the missions first because I hadn t bought the most expensive penthouse so I had to do them to be a more valuable member, but then I have searched on the internet and I saw that in Portugal it is apparently not available. But I can t understand it, because in Portugal casinos are allowed, online casino stlye games are allowed... so it is very strange. Do anyone know why is it really unvailable for countries where it is legal?
The casino dlc was my most anticipated one since we first heard people talk about it in 2014, ever since then I was waiting for the opportunity to gamble in GTA, and now that the dlc is released I feel pretty sad that my country, Portugal, is whitelisted (even tho online gambling is legal here) and I feel like rockstar as betrayed all of us because they had the info that certain countries couldnt gamble in the casino but still they hyped it even further just for us to find it out on the day of the release. Fuck Rockstar
Rockstar Logic: Country has one of the biggest casinos in europe, players of said country can't gamble.
The Casino do Estoril from Portugal is one of the largest casino in Europe. We got plenty of online gambling site (https://www.bet.pt/), we bet a lot in Football results, yet we can't have access to GTA online casino. C* logic

I would like to know why it is not allowed to play in the GTA casino, in Portugal it is not illegal to play in online casino, it is not illegal to play in casinos, on television we have numerous ads for online gambling pages, so I would like to know why it is forbidden to play in the GTA casino in Portugal.
